  • Non-returnable Items: Due to the nature of our services/products, we do not accept returns on travel-related bookings, itineraries, or personalized products.
  • Conditions for Return: Products must be returned within 3 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or if there is a mistake in your order (e.g., wrong item or quantity).

  • All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, and you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Refunds will only be issued for items that are deemed defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not offer refunds for any other reasons, including a change of mind.
  • Refunds will be processed within 4 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued in the form of a cash refund upon delivery. Since we only accept cash on delivery (COD), the amount will be refunded in cash at the time of return.
